The Clearview Library District will begin offering limited services at the Windsor-Severance Library (720 3rd Street) Monday, April 27.

The dropbox at the front of the Windsor-Severance Library and Severance Town Hall will reopen on April 27 for the community to return library materials. However, any item checked out as of March 1 is not due until May 15. As a preventative measure, all materials will be held for a period of time and wiped down with disinfectant wipes.

A new curbside checkout process will begin Wednesday, April 29. Community members can check out physical items, excluding Interlibrary Loan, by:

  1. Placing a hold through the library’s online catalog (http://bit.ly/CLDcatalog).
  2. Calling the library at 970-686-5603 before departing for pick up, after notification that the hold has been filled.
  3. Picking up the hold from a basket in front of the library.

Pickups will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

At this time the Windsor-Severance library will remain closed to the public, and all programs will continue to be held virtually. Visit clearviewlibrary.org/events for program details.

Community members can access the digital library from any location by visiting http://bit.ly/CLDdigitallib. Additionally, receive virtual tech support (https://bit.ly/CLDAskAGeek) or reading suggestions from librarians (https://bit.ly/CLDNewReads).
